The divide within NATO is clear as a day. Within the European Union too, signs of division have become more pronounced. There are two camps within NATO and the EU. One wants to annihilate Russia militarily and the other believes that Ukraine being subjected to tactical nuclear strikes is not a direct threat to the West. One camp is led by the United States and NATO, and the other by Emmanuel Macron’s France, who seems to have the backing of nations often overlooked within NATO and EU. Russia has just warned the West that Ukraine joining NATO would definitely trigger “World War III”. Ukraine has applied for fast-tracked membership of NATO, and if given one, Moscow says all hell will break loose.
